Valentina has a great sense of communication and is known for her excellent skills in maintaining a great relationship with the clients, supplier bases and collaborators.
Valentina is born in Florence, Italy on February 2nd 1977.
After graduating from high school she starts her career in fashion at her family's apparel business for three years. She subsequently enrolls in the operative marketing course in fashion at the Polimoda, the International Institute of Fashion Design & Marketing in Florence, where she obtains a scholarship as best student when receiving her Bachelor's degree.

After college she collaborates with the press offices of the Pitti Immagine for a season, whilst conducting the family business with her brother for seven more years.
Their family business produced high quality jackets and coats, and were renowned for their Made in Italy quality level.
After a parenthesis of being a professional instructor of equitation, Valentina returns back to work in the fashion business: as a freelance consultant she aids the Blueprint-Lab team to follow-up on several projects in different fashion categories.

Born in Amstelveen, the Netherlands on the 9th of January 1976, Hannah Kruise moves to Florence, Italy at the age of twenty for educational purposes after having studied at the Gymnasium in the Netherlands: in 1997 she enrols at the University of Florence to study Art History. In 2000 she decides to register at the Operative Marketing course for fashion at the Polimoda, the International Institute of Fashion Design & Marketing in Florence.
After having obtained her Bachelors degree at the Polimoda, in 2002 she starts her first job as a Buying Assistant at Ermanno Scervino in Florence. After a short time she is called to come and work in the Netherlands, where she stays three years to work as a Product Developer for BRAEZ and Oilily, both internationally known fashion companies.
In 2006 she moves back to Florence, where she continues her career as Product Manager Apparel at Patrizia Pepe for over 5 years. In 2011 she is hired to lead the sourcing, development and production team for Apparel as Development and Production Manager at Karl Lagerfeld International in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
In 2013 she is back in Florence, Italy where she continues to work as a freelance consultant for the denim collection of Karl Lagerfeld International; furthermore she starts teaching the Collection Management course for the Master Design Footwear and Accessories at the Polimoda. In 2014/2015 she heads the Italian Apparel team as RTW Manager at Proenza Schouler from their Italian headquarters in Florence.
From 2015 onward she is back to being a freelance consultant for several high-end US based brands.
